These Terms govern your access to and use of EasyPrep UCAT (the "Service"), operated by EasyPrep UCAT ("we", "us"), a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia (ABN 37 859 584 287). By buying or using any edition, you agree to these Terms.
1. What EasyPrep UCAT is
EasyPrep UCAT is an independent digital study resource for the UCAT. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UCAT ANZ Consortium, Pearson VUE, or any university. UCAT™ is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Your licence
- When you obtain an edition (free or paid), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own exam preparation.
- You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the materials, in whole or in part.
- All content, questions and explanations remain our intellectual property.
3. No guarantees
All questions are original and for preparation only; they are not past or predicted exam content. We make no guarantee of any score, ranking, interview, or admissions outcome. Preparation improves familiarity and pacing; your results depend on you.
4. Payments & delivery
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which processes payment, any applicable taxes, and delivery of your files. Prices are one-time and shown at checkout.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to defeat copy protection, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it unlawfully.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
