This policy explains how EasyPrep UCAT ("we", "us"), a sole trader in New South Wales, Australia (ABN 37 859 584 287), handles personal information, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
- Purchases: when you buy an edition, our merchant of record Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and contact details. We receive limited order information (such as your name, email and what you bought) to fulfil and support your purchase.
- The product itself runs offline on your device. Your practice answers, timings and scores stay on your device — we don't collect them.
- Website analytics: we don't currently run website analytics. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics later, we'll update this policy.
2. How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the site. We don't sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Lemon Squeezy (checkout, delivery, tax), and our hosting provider Vercel. Each handles data under its own terms.
4. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
5. Cookies
The site uses only what's needed to function. Checkout cookies are set by Lemon Squeezy during purchase.
