Try before you buy
The free Starter edition — 11 chapters and a full sampler mock — exists so you can see exactly how EasyPrep teaches before spending anything. We strongly recommend starting there: what you see in Starter is exactly what the paid editions look and work like.
All sales are final
Because paid editions are digital files delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind — including buying the wrong edition, no longer needing the product, or deciding not to use it. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
Faulty or unopenable downloads
If your download is non-functional, corrupted, or won't open, email us and we will supply a fresh working download file — this resolves virtually every delivery issue. If we cannot provide you with a working copy of what you purchased, you'll be entitled to a remedy under the consumer guarantees, which can include a refund.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged in error, we'll refund the erroneous charge in full.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our digital products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — if a product isn't of acceptable quality or doesn't match its description and the failure can't be fixed, you may be entitled to a remedy.
